"A dear couple who had retired to Florida from New Hampshire commissioned me to do this painting to hang over their living room fireplace mantle. We worked closely in the planning, and I knew they wanted the beauty of the marsh and sky to be the only subject, not a boat or a wading bird or any other distraction. They love the peace and calmness that I was able to capture and I am proud to have this hang in their home."
